Raised in Prescott, Mark’s roots in the community run deep. He’s been married to his wife for 32 years, and together they’ve built a large, loving family who also call Prescott home. This strong sense of family and connection is reflected in every project Mark takes on, as he strives to treat his clients like part of the family.

From the first sketches to the final walk-through, he works tirelessly to turn their dreams into reality. When he’s not crafting dream homes, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and soaking in all the beauty that northern Arizona has to offer. For Mark, building homes isn’t just a business—it’s a way to bring joy, comfort, and connection to his clients and their community.

 Sam is responsible for all aspects of plan procurement: specification coordination, estimating building costs, contract execution, plan development through technology and innovation, marketing, and purchasing. He has over 8 years of custom home building experience and has a passion for the details.  As the Project Manager & Estimator At Capistrano Homes, Sam strives to stay at the cutting edge of industry trends and innovations, ensuring that our clients receive not only beautiful homes but also spaces that meet their unique needs, aspirations, and dreams. Sam is married and has 4 kids under the age of 12! He enjoys spending his off time exploring nature with his family, or riding his motorcycle.

With 25 years of experience in marketing management, Nicole Del Prato brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her background includes marketing campaigns, exhibit construction and large event planning, where she has excelled in directing teams toward a common goal.   

As our Administrative Director, Nicole is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and productive workplace environment. She believes in the importance of maintaining long-lasting relationships, both within the team and with our partners.

Outside of work, Nicole is a proud new homeowner who enjoys cooking, crocheting, and gardening. She loves to create a warm and inviting home, reflecting her passion for nurturing both her plants and her connections with others.

Logan Stack has been with Capistrano Homes for the past five years, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Starting his career as a high-end remodeler, Logan has worked on projects from the foundation to the rooftop, always striving for excellence and precision in every detail. As Operations Manager, he is dedicated to keeping Capistrano Homes at the forefront of modern building techniques and innovations.

Outside of work, Logan values spending quality time with his wife and two children. Balancing family life and a passion for cutting-edge construction, he is committed to delivering exceptional homes while maintaining a strong connection to friends and family
